Oregon, US

Oregon – “The Southern Oregon Coast and threatened by a permitted and approved LNG export terminal. When it began 15 years ago it was an import terminal, but then with the boom in fracking in the US, it became an export terminal. It comes with a 230 mile pipeline that crosses 400 water ways including the Rogue River. This would be the single largest greenhouse gas emitter in the state of Oregon. I have grandchildren now and it breaks my heart that the world that they are growing into isn’t as beautiful as when I was born.”

Oregon – “As for fracking, it’s poisoning my friends’ water and destroying the climate and all I love and depend upon. I’ve seen it poison too many communities in the United States.”
